When you sign your lease for a house with CRMC, you will sign it with Joe Goodsir, the President/Owner of CRMC.  Joe meets with every student group renting a house with CRMC to get to know you and your roommates.  It's that level of care that makes us the most responsive student rental housing company in East Lansing.

Don't worry about yard work with CRMC homes...we'll take care of mowing the lawn and we'll shovel the city sidewalks when it snows.  The City of East Lansing does require you to rake your leaves in the Fall, and we will provide you with a rake and shovel when you move in.
